Weekend Competition: The Graded Piano Player

20160304_081840_resizedAs Friday is upon us once more, it’s time for another competition, and today I have three books to give away to three lucky readers.

Published by Faber Music just last month, The Graded Piano Player is a triptych collection of arrangements consisting of well-known tunes from all different sources; film, TV, musical  theatre, traditional and folk music. The arrangements and transcriptions have been tastefully written by Alan Bullard and Ned Bennett amongst others. Perfect for students who want to play for fun, fancy something different between exams, or simply need more sight-reading material. As the title suggests, they are graded in difficulty, and the first book is designed for those of Grades 1-2 (elementary), second, Grades 2-3 (late elementary), and the third, Grades 3-5 (intermediate).

For your chance to win one of these books, leave a comment in the comment box at the end of this blog post. I will announce the winners on Sunday evening (British time). Good luck!
